A kids race car bed might be just what your little car enthusiast needs to get him and keep him in his bed at night.

All parents have seen it before. Their child fears the boogeyman, the shadows on the wall and monsters under the bed are going to get him. So, he tiptoes into your room and spends the rest of his night in his parents’ safety. But as he grows, this rerun gets old, and you wish to spend just one night without a little hand or foot in your face.

Make a child’s favorite fantasy come to life with a bed. A car lover’s imagination can run wild with a kids race car bed. Your little automobile aficionado can win NASCAR races, speedily drive from evil villains and do flips and tricks like Lightning McQueen all in time for dinner. Then, when bed time arrives, he will not argue with getting into his bed shaped like a race car.

But will he stay in it the entire night? Many parents who have reviewed this type of bed have found themselves waking up without a boy snuggled in their bed. Instead, he is busy conquering evil during the day and dreaming of racing escapades at night. Yes, this bed can get your boy restfully snoozing in his own bed all night long.

Many kids race car beds have fun stickers, bright colors and realistic wheel and hubcap detailing, a feature young boys will adore. Parents will be pleased with the bed’s heavy duty plastic and rounded edges, making it both able to withstand your son’s adventures and safe enough for when he might go off the road, so-to-speak.

Although some themed-beds are too small for growing boys, many come in a twin size, which can fit average-sized teenagers. Therefore, your boy could be a race car driving legend, along with the help of a kids race car bed.

By: Terez Howard

About the Author:

Six Tundras drivers finished in the top-10 at Memphis: Jack Sprague (second), Mike Skinner (fourth), Aaron Fike (fifth), Ryan Mathews (No. 36 Lilly Company/Toyota Industrial Equipment Tundra, sixth), Johnny Benson (No. 23 360 OTC Tundra, seventh) and Todd Bodine (No. 30 Lumber Liquidators Tundra, eighth). Other drivers in the field were Brad Keselowski (16th), Terry Cook (No. 59 Harris Trucking Tundra, 29th) and Ken Butler (No. 00 Aaron’s Lucky Dog Tundra, 33rd).

Keselowski started, for the first of his NCTS career, on the pole in the No. 9 Team ASE Tundra for Germain Racing and led three times for 23 laps. Skinner led 16 laps, and has now led at least one lap in the season’s first 12 races. As a result, he tied the NCTS record for consecutive races led to start a season (Jason Leffler, 2002).

No. 60 Con-way Freight Tundra driver Jack Sprague said that it was a difficult race. He explains that they were horrible but they did a great job with we made some great adjustments. According to him, his truck was a little loose but cooperated by rotating pretty well in the center. He added that they have to give up something at this race track because it is not going to be perfect on both ends.

No. 5 Toyota Tundra diver Mike Skinner said that the truck was very consistent though each set of tires they put on it was a bit different. He considers the recent race as the best run they have ever had in Memphis.

No. 1 RFMS Tundra diver Aaron Fike said that they were looses the whole race but it was their first top-five of the season. He added that they probably should have had a couple top-fives already this year, but they caught a couple bad breaks. He further said that they been in the top-10 in points all year so it is nice to get a good finish and keep the truck up there in points.

No. 9 Team ASE Tundra driver Brad Kaselowski commented that they had a strong truck all night, but it just did not end how they wanted it to. He said that he used everything he had to get to Travis and pass him. Kaselowski caught a little break in traffic to get by Travis. The two got into more traffic and could not get around a couple lapped trucks, and used the rear tires a little too hard and used them up. Though disappointed, Kaselowski was certain that it was the best run he has ever had.

Toyota’s History in America Motorsports

Aside from making quality auto parts such as Toyota Highlander parts, Toyota is also into the world of Motorsports.

Challenges abound as Toyota prepares to face its biggest motorsports test ever in North America when it enters the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup and Busch Series this year.

In 2006, a pair of manufacturer’s championships, a driver’s title and a win in America’s most prestigious sports car race was all a part of the rich motorsports history. Todd Bodine bagged Toyota’s first-ever NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) Driver’s Championship with three victories. Furthermore, Bodine led a sweep of the top six positions by Toyota Tundra drivers to give Toyota its first Manufacturer’s Championship. For the season, Tundra drivers would achieve victory 12 times in the 25-race campaign.

As a first step you must determine your objective. You basically have two choices:

1) To see a NASCAR race; or

  2) To experience all that NASCAR has to offer which is much more than a “race”.

If you just want to “see a race” then you have a few options. You can book a hotel and race tickets on-line and drive to track; or you can book a NASCAR tour package that includes a hotel room, race tickets and transfers to and from the race track at scheduled times (once per race). There are also bus tours that you can book as well. When you decide to stay in a hotel, no matter what approach you are taking, you have selected the objective of your NASCAR vacation, and that is to see a NASCAR race!

This is nothing wrong with this approach and you will have a great time at the race. I’ve done it myself, but staying in a hotel located 45 to 90 minutes from the track is all about seeing a race. When you stay in a hotel, you do the same things you do in every other vacation: complain about the pool temperature being too cold; go out for dinner and drinks and sit in your hotel room watching TV. Add in a race or two, and that is your NASCAR experience.

You also have to deal with fatigue as transportation to and from the race track is very draining, especially after the race when it takes 2 or 3 times longer to get back your hotel. One tour operator was putting their race fans in an Atlanta hotel for the race in Talladega. That’s a lot of miles to cover, especially if you are taking in both the Sprint Cup and Nationwide races. Ask yourself how much time you want to spend on a bus or in a car and at the hotel? This is another option – RV camping.

If you truly want to experience NASCAR racing at its finest consider an RV camping package. Many race fans choose camping rather than staying in a “nearby” hotel because of the atmosphere created in the campground mingling and partying with 1,000′s of fellow NASCAR fans. You don’t get this at a hotel. It also has many advantages primarily related to staying within walk distance of the track, and the number of events. There are also numerous activities at the campground including “Redneck” games such as ladder (hillbilly) golf, corn-hole and ring toss.

I know what you are going to say, camping has its downside and you are right. There is a lot of very time consuming preparation work prior to the race and at the campsite. Finding the right campsite, renting an RV, RV training, parking and setting up the RV, purchasing camping necessities, running the generator, pumping out the holding tank, cooking and cleaning. The list goes on and on. For a novice camper, this can be very challenging, and this is why many NASCAR fans simply choose the hotel route, but you now have an option — RV camping tour operators.

One such company is Garner Travel American Express. There goal is to provide you with an “all-inclusive” camping and race vacation package that is guaranteed to be the ultimate NASCAR experience! They pride themselves in the ability to deliver a no-hassle and worry free approach that allows you to fully enjoy your NASCAR vacation.

On-site staff deliver and set-up the RV, connect the water and other hook-ups, start and maintain the generator, stock the refrigerator, put beer on ice for your arrival, prepare your breakfast and dinner and attend to all your ends including daily trips to town. If this is not enough they also host two all you can drink tailgate parties.

They believe that the best way to experience a race is to be at the track, and we deliver by offering you an “all inclusive” vacation that puts you at the track for 4 nights and 5 days.

Don’t settle for NASCAR tour packages where you spend more time at your hotel than the track. Let Garner Travel American Express (Redneck Camping Tours) provide you with the ultimate NASCAR experience that combines NASCAR racing with RV camping. Even if you are not a big fan of camping, our luxury motorhomes have all the comforts of home.

Garner Travel’s redneck camping tour team has a combined experience of more than 15 years in camping at “redneck” NASCAR race tracks across the United States, and Garner Travel has been in operation for more than 20 years. This Garner Travel partnership gives you all the advantages of travel agency and the benefits of on-site experienced, knowledgeable and professional staff that know camping and NASCAR. They are some of NASCAR’s biggest fans!

They will provide you with an “all-inclusive” camping and race vacation package that is guaranteed to be the ultimate NASCAR vacation experience, and our goal is to make it a NASCAR vacation package that you’ll want to repeat!

If you are a diehard race fan or a first-timer, take advantage of this unique opportunity that no race fan should live without. You will have the time of your life!

Car racing has always been a serious matter. Extreme agility is needed when racing — and the car used for racing must also always be seriously maintained.

The car maintenance tips discussed here are only for those very knowledgeable on their cars and those who feel comfortable while doing a car repair. In other words, these are for those who really take car racing and maintenance serious matters.

<br />

Cars are machines. They are subject to any wear and tear. Frequent usage of the car contributes a lot in this deterioration.

Cars are composed of integral parts and all of these are essential. Examples of those essential things are the plastic bulkheads. As car ages, these get looser and weaker. However, constant tightening and loosening of the screws that go into these bulkheads will greatly contribute to their severe breakdown. Buying new plastic bulkheads is the best remedy to this car problem. This would prevent the wrecking of the chassis while racing.

When tearing some car parts, the hinge pins, shock shafts and king pins should be checked. A flat glass or counter top will help in determining any unwanted tears. Roll those aforementioned auto parts across a flat glass. If you notice an unsteady rocking motion, it means you have to replace those parts. If this is not immediately resolved, this might result to the binding up of the suspension movement. Is it also advisable to put the hinge pins in a rotary tool before a race. A polishing compound will make the hinges work better.

The plastic parts of the ball cups and shock ends need to be replaced in order to get a more efficient suspension set up. Car owners differ in the way they maintain their cars. To get a tighter fit on the ball ends, some race car owners build up layers of CA glue inside the ball cups.

A scratch on the ball ends will mean their replacement. If not replaced immediately, the scratch will be caught on the plastic ball end. Consequently, it will cause the binding of the scratch.

To maintain the ball bearings, completely clean out the thick grease from the bearings before a race. This can be done through soaking the bearings over night in a grease solvent. Then, spray the bearings with motor spray or any brake parts cleaner. To end the maintenance, put some very minute amount of miniature bearing oil to the bearings. Nonetheless, other racers do the alternative. To remove the extra friction, they sometimes remove the side shields from the bearings.

Shocks need to be rebuilt more often. The most important thing on race cars that racers must keep in mind is to assure the shock’s total length is exactly the same from left to right. This is to make sure the car is not jerked to make sure the shock’s overall length is the same from left to right. Different shock lengths in the front and in the rear must be trimmed properly. To know the total length, measure it using a set of calipers. And to adjust the lengths, simply turn the plastic shaft end. If you want to replace the shocks, Bilstein shocks are among the best options.

Everybody is interested in lotteries, horse racing, casino and such other sports and games whereby richness can be earned without any hard effort from his part. Horse racing is one of the avenues which have been the attraction to millions of people around the world since decades. Numerology helps gamblers a lot in working out the winner horse.

Money, richness, fame and prosperity are something which everybody loves to have. It is very difficult, if not impossible to find an individual who is not interested in getting money and riches in one night. Talking of Horse Racing, people take into consideration the age of the horse, his previous records, the drawbacks of the horse, his weight, the length of the race, the jockey who is to ride him and so on and so forth. Why consider so many factors, when the easiest solution is at hand? Yes, and we are speaking of Numerology. Numerology is one of the simplest methods to work out the winner horse – the horse which will achieve success and money.

The method of finding out one’s lucky horse for the purposed of horse racing is as follows:

1.The person or the gambler should always try his lucky number. Suppose say, if he is born on the 1st, 10th, 19th or 28th of any month, his lucky number is 1 and he is being governed by the planet Sun. Number 4 is the counterpart of number 1 and therefore the person should always try those horses whose serial numbers are 1 and 4.

2.Secondly, every number has its own lucky colors. The jockeys wear caps of different colors and the person should find out the jockey who is wearing the cap of his lucky color and choose him.

Now the number of the horse selected and the lucky color needs to be combined. The lucky colors of the number 1 are yellow, orange and gold. If the jockey is wearing the cap having any one of these colors, then things are bound to work out well and fine. But in case the colors are different but those of number 4, then the person can try horse number 1 as the number 4 is equally lucky for him.

Now it may also happen that the color of the cap is not in harmony with the lucky number. In such a case, the person should see whether the horse is a favorite of a fluke. If the horse is a favorite and the color too, is lucky then it is advisable to try on that horse.

3.Finally, the mental vibrations i.e. the vowels of the name of the horse and the name of the jockey a swell needs to be worked out. If the vibrations are in harmony with the person’s own name vibrations, then that horse or jockey is tried out which is favorable to that person.

Thus, from the above discussion, it is very clear that before selecting a particular horse for participating in the Horse Racing the following are the check points:

a.The lucky number.
b.The Lucky color.
c.The name of the horse.
d.The name of the jockey.
e.The color of the jockey’s cap.
f.Whether the horse is a favorite or a fluke.
Consideration of these factors will help a person in selecting the correct wining horse.

Speaking on the occasion of numerology and horse racing Dr. M Katakkar, a famous numerologist says:
“It is my experience of several years based on statistical data that horse numbers 3 or 6 usually wins in the 3rd or the 6th race.”

This message is for all the horse lovers, to try this method and see the results!
